All designs and intellectual property are wholly owned by me, Olivia Raymond, with many new designs always in the works.

I am a craft based business model with scalable manufacturing processes in place where I can still personally monitor quality standards and craft execution for larger orders.

I own all photographs, product shots and model shots so can provide you any relevant promotion or launch material for your outlet.

OR DESIGN Wholesale Agreement Terms & Conditions.

By completing our Wholesale Registration on the OR Design website (https://www.ordesign.com.au), you the retailer are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

  

1. Wholesale Order Regions.

OR Design is accepting wholesale applications for retail and online stores worldwide.

We do not offer a drop ship service. We have a policy of not supplying more than one store per postcode or zip code.

2. Minimum Spend.

The minimum spend for stockists within Australia is $800.

Please note minimum spend amounts do not include shipping.

Stockists are required to complete a minimum of 1 order per quarter to maintain their active status within that postcode. If a wholesale customer doesn't maintain an active status by completing a minimum of 1 order per quarter, then OR Design may cancel your wholesale account and this will enable another store in your postcode area to stock the product range. They will then become the active stockist for that postcode area. OR Design reserves the right to cancel a stockists account at any time if these requirements are not met.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the packages and it will be charged separate to your order of items. Once OR Design has received your order we will quote your shipping expense and forward an invoice for that amount.

All goods are safely packed with multiple layers of protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition under normal freight conditions excluding any mishaps en route to their destination. Every effort will be made to complete delivery within a reasonable time but no liability is assured for any loss or damage caused by any delay in delivery.

4. Payment

When purchasing stock, payment must be upfront through the website.

Once payment has been received we will distribute the stock to you. Please allow 5 working days once payment has been received for us to process your wholesale order.

The customer will pay ALL collection and legal costs actually incurred by OR Design including legal costs that are related to the collection or recovery of any unpaid account.

Please choose carefully as under no circumstances will cancellations be permitted.

Once the invoice is paid, stock remains the property of the buyer. Any goods deemed faulty through manufacture will be replaced or credited should stock be unavailable.

All stock remains the property of OR Design until payment in full has been received.

5. Refund and Returns Policy

We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

We do not provide refunds if you are unable to sell the product and no credits will be permitted. However...in most cases we are happy to work with you to ensure an ongoing and prosperous relationship.

If there is a manufactures defect with any item, please email wholesale@ordesign.com.au We don’t accept return of items that have been worn or has wearer inflicted damage. The return of any stock/faulty goods shall not be accepted without the prior consent of OR Design and must be reported/returned within 7 days of receipt.

6. Photos of Products & Point of Sale Material

OR Design can provide photos on request for use on approved stockists websites and/or any social media. You may use any of the images from our website. Please note that these images remain the sole property of OR Design and we have final say on the usage of images and any alternation of these images.

We kindly ask that all images published on social media featuring OR Design must include tags @or.design.au. We in turn will also promote and tag our retailers to direct customers your way in the appropriate region. Failure to continually not tag the OR Design brand may result in us cancelling your wholesale account.

If you have any POS requirements we can provide custom display materials on request to suit your specific needs.

7. Misconduct

We reserve the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at any time if our brand is being misrepresented or involved in any dishonest dealings.

8. Fraud

Fraudulent activities are monitored on our site by Shopify and if fraud is detected OR Design shall resort to all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

9. By Law

Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according the laws of Australia.

10. Feedback

We love feedback, it helps us grow and improve our products so we can give stockists and customers exactly what they want. Let us know what’s selling or not selling and what customers are saying about OR Design merchandise. Feedback good or bad…helps us stay ahead of the market.
